DBE Program
ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC, is actively seeking vendors who qualify as DBE and
MBE to supply parts and services. We are extending business opportunities to those
who qualify to provide quality goods and services in a timely manner at competitive prices.
ARBOC Specialty Vehicles has established a DBE Program in accordance with regulations of
the U.S. Department of Transportation (D.O.T.), 49 CFR Part 26. ARBOC proposes a goal of
1% DBE participation in FTA assisted contracts for FY 2026.
