Don Roberts

Don Roberts is in charge of establishing the company’s goals and strategies, as well as presiding over the entire workforce. He has gained a vast array of industry knowledge during his 30+ years of experience, having spent much of this time as President of various other mid-size bus manufacturers. While his expertise lies in low-floor transit buses, he also has extensive experience in all aspects of the small and medium-duty bus markets.

Robb LedBetter

Robb LedBetter

Robb was an investor and one of the original founders of ARBOC Specialty Vehicles. Today he works with the President and the VP Finance of ARBOC Specialty Vehicles in the areas of Operational Strategy and Performance, Financial and Internal Controls, and other Executive Leadership requirements. Robb began his 45 year career designing paint shop industrial controls followed by design and engineering of material handling systems and then design and manufacturing of fixtures dies, molds, and assembly equipment primarily in the automotive industry. In 1992, he joined Electronic Data Systems as a Division Vice President where his responsibilities included management of the largest privately owned satellite network in the world and the operating systems between the General Motors Dealers and the General Motors Factory. In 1998 Robb formed a small boutique professional services firm performing operational turnarounds of privately held companies, loan workouts for major banks, troubled supplier risk mitigation for automotive manufacturers and tier one suppliers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University.

Lisa Pratt

Lisa Pratt

Lisa is a human resources expert with nearly a decade of experience. Lisa joined ARBOC’s accounting team in 2011 and quickly moved to her current role as Director of Human Resources, responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Kim Yoder

Kim Yoder

Kim Yoder is an industry professional with two decades of sales experience in transit bus manufacturing. She joined ARBOC in 2013 and, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is currently responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing teams. Prior to this role, Kim served as National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Preceding ARBOC, she filled various sales positions at StarTrans Bus and Green Alternative Systems. Kim is Secretary of Mid-Size Bus Manufacturers Association (MSBMA).

Chris Ward

Chris Ward

Chris Ward brings to ARBOC 15 years of customer service, sales, and engineering experience. As Vice President of Service, he oversees parts and service, technical service, quality assurance, and government reporting including DBE & NHSTA.

Blain Hite

Blain Hite

Blain Hite is a seasoned manufacturing and engineering veteran with nearly three decades of experience in the design and development of hardware, recreational vehicles, and buses. As Vice President of Manufacturing, he plays a key role in the vision and growth of ARBOC and its ongoing operations. Blain holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Mike Skibbe

Mike Skibbe

Mike is a veteran finance professional with over four decades of experience leading accounting and finance functions for manufacturing organizations. As Vice President of Finance, he oversees accounting, budgeting, costing, compliance, and cash management. Prior to ARBOC, he worked as a controller for Coachmen Recreational Vehicles and Georgie Boy Manufacturing, LLC. Mike earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Barry Hines

Barry Hines

Barry Hines brings to ARBOC over three decades of general and engineering leadership in the medium- and heavy-duty bus manufacturing industries. He joined ARBOC in 2014 and leads the engineering group as Vice President of Engineering. Barry provides leadership and direction to ARBOC’s product development and engineering support programs which include bus development, option design service support, and quality improvement programs. Prior to ARBOC, Barry filled various leadership roles at Ameritrans Bus, Blue Bird Body Company, Eldorado National, Orion Bus, and Transportation Manufacturing Company. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
